Hoy os muestro mi look de boda a partir de tres complementos vintage que le dan clasón al outfit. Como veréis ahora, llevo varias prendas vintage que combinan a la perfección con el tocado de la sevillana Patricia Buffuna, los stilettos made in Spain de Pedro García y los pendientes en cascada de la joyería Rabat. El secreto está en saber combinar piezas antiguas con otras actuales para conseguir un look de diez único y genuino.

En primer lugar veréis que llevo una mantilla negra, prenda tradicional española por excelencia, que he incorporado como un elemento más de mi outfit usándolo como echarpe. Lo que hace especial a esta mantilla es que además de estar hecha a mano sobre tul de seda natural -y bordada en hilo de seda natural también-, perteneció a mi abuela y es una joya heredada de la familia. En segundo lugar llevo un clutch de Walborg para Richère, también vintage, con boquilla rematada con piedras aurora boreal. Está hecho a mano en Japón con tela recubierta íntegramente de cristal perla y embellecido con flores del mismo material en la parte frontal. Este bolso es muy especial para mí puesto que fue el primer bolso de fiesta de mi madre y me lo regaló el día de mi boda. Desde entonces es uno de mis tesoros más preciados. En tercer lugar, y aunque ya me lo habéis visto en otras ocasiones, llevo un Rolex vintage de oro amarillo que data de los años 50. En concreto es el modelo Oyster Air-Giant y lo adquirí en Los Ángeles, en una conocida casa de joyas y relojes de segunda mano, ubicada en Beverly Hills. Me gusta porque no es ostentoso y tiene mucha clase. Viste la muñeca sin llamar la atención de los que no entienden de relojes y nunca se lo he visto a nadie. Justo lo que buscaba.

Today I show you my wedding look with three vintage accessories that give a classy appearance to the outfit. As you will see now, I wear some vintage clothes that match perfectly with the headdress from the designer Patricia Buffuna, the stilettos made in Spain form Pedro García and the diamonds long earrings from Rabat jewellery. The secret is to combine vintage pieces with other more new to achieve a genuine and perfect look. 

Firstly, you will see that I wear a vintage black “mantilla”. It is a Spanish traditional shawl and instead of wearing the «mantilla» in my head, I wear it as a stole. Furthermore, what makes this «mantilla» very special is that is totally handmade and was from my grandmother. It is a family treasure. Secondly, I wear a vintage clutch form Walborg for Richère, with a closure finished with aurora borealis stones. It is handmade in Japan with fabric totally covered with crystal pearls and flowers at the front side. It is a very special clutch because it was my mom’s first party clutch and she gave it to me the day I got married. Since then it is one of my favourite treasures. Thirdly, I wear a yellow gold vintage Rolex watch. It is the Oyster Air-Giant from the 50´s. I bought it in Los Angeles, in a well-known second house shop in Beverly Hills. I like it because is not very showy but it is very classy. It is a very special piece and I have never seen this watch to others… Just what I wanted.
