Calor, demasiado calor hemos pasado estos días las colgadas entre backstage y pasarela. Esta edición, que ha sido de las más complejas a nivel de logística -y en la que hemos perdido más kilos escaleras arriba escaleras abajo…-, nos ha dado dos gratas sorpresas y muchas cositas que contaros. ¡Aquí tenéis nuestro reportaje!

Hot, too hot have been these days the hanging have passed between the backstage and the catwalk. This edition, which has been the most complex in a logistical level -and in which we lost more kg stairs up stairs down…-, has given us two pleasant surprises and a lot of stuff to tell. Here is our report!

Desfile Yerse "Nobody's Road" - 01.07.15 11:00h

Una vez más, Yerse sigue estando presente en nuestra crónica. ¿Por qué? Porque cada edición nos gustan más sus colecciones boho chic. Sus prendas dibujan nuevos trazados que esquivan la monotonía. Te invitan a desconectar de todo y a conectar con tu esencia. La bohemia de los 70 reinterpretada en estampados silvestres. Simplicidad mediterránea latiendo en cada diseño. Una mujer que es libre y es ella misma. De verdad y sin matices. Y en esta ocasión aparecen las pequeñas niñas Yerse que nos han robado el corazoncito. ¡Nos encanta TODO! ¡Felicidades!

Again, Yerse is present in our chronic. Why? Because each edition we like even more their boho chic collections. Their garments boldly draw new lines which flee from monotony. They invite you to get away from it all and connect with your essence. 70s bohemia reinterpreted in wild prints. Mediterranean simplicity woven into each design. A free women that is herself. Truly herself without compromises. And this time the Yerse little girls appear and have stolen our heart. We love everything! Congrats!

Desfile Menchén Tomàs "Identidades" - 02.07.15 20:30h

Otra de las firmas que se está ganando grandes adeptas entre las colgadas es Menchén Tomàs. A pesar de que no tiene nada que ver con el estilo boho chic anterior, nos apasiona que ellos apuesten por una mujer muy urbanita que también nos gusta muchísimo. Y en esta ocasión, la han encontrado partiendo de lo masculino y transformándolo hasta conseguir una apariencia radicalmente femenina. El inicio del viaje son prendas que se han convertido en iconos de la masculinidad, como la camisa o el pantalón de talle alto; y por el camino se han redondeado hombros, perfilado cinturas y añadido escotes de manera que lo femenino empiece a despuntar. ¡Enhorabuena!

Another firm that is gaining great adepts amongst the hanging is Menchén Thomàs. Although it has nothing to do with the previous chic boho style, we love that they bet on a very urbanite woman who we like a lot. And in this occasion, they find her starting with the masculine and transforming it until it achieves a radically feminine appearance. The journey begins with iconic masculine garments like dress shirts or high-waisted trousers; and on the way the shoulders have been rounded, waists drawn in and necklines adjusted so that the feminine begins showing. Congratulations!

Desfile Como un pez en el agua "Swimwear Over The Rainbow" - 01.07.15 12:30h

Una de las sorpresas de esta 080 ha sido el salto a la pasarela de la firma de baño Como un pez en el agua. Bikinis y bañadores de clara inspiración pin-up que son una auténtica monada. Unas sirenas playeras que destacan por su actitud provocadora luciendo prendas que se caracterizan por un aire claramente retro. Sin duda este verano veréis muchos Como un pez en el agua, ¡están triunfando y nos alegramos por ellas! ¡A seguir así!

One of the surprises of this 080 was the jump to the catwalk of the swimwear brand Como un pez en el agua. Bikinis and swimsuits clearly inspired on pin-up fashion that are very cute. Some beach mermaids which can easily be seen by their provocative attitude wearing garments that have a clearly retro air. Certainly this summer you will see many Como un pez en el agua, they are succeeding and we are happy for them! Keep on going!

Desfile Sita Murt "Tender Trip" - 30.06.15 19:30h

Sita Murt esta edición ha estado muchísimo más acertada que en la anterior de Otoño/Invierno. Simple, pero especial; dónde las prendas dialogaban entre tejidos delicados, fluidos y rústicos. Destaca la feminidad más pura como punto de partida, donde las siluetas enmarcan desde los más profundos años 70 hasta la actualidad. A veces deberíamos sacar más la mujer «Sita» que todas llevamos dentro. Es una mujer realmente muy especial. 

This edition, Sita Murt has been far more successful than the previous Fall/Winter. Simple but particular; where the garments dialogue between delicate flowing fabrics and textured knitwear. With the purest femininity as the starting point from which the silhouettes frame from the deepest 70’s to the present. Sometimes we should take over the «Sita» woman in us. It is a really special woman.

Desfile WOM&NOW "CÔTE D’AZUR" - 01.07.15 11:00h

El desfile que entra directo a nuestro top 5 es el de WOM&NOW. Tenemos que ser sinceras: no conocíamos de nada a esta marca. Pero grata sorpresa nos llevamos, con los estampados florales, rayas, inspiración 70s y el color naranja de sus vaporosas propuestas de la colección Cote d’Azur PV 2016. Como ellos mismos se definen: confección de prendas urbanas en clave de luxe. Os seguiremos.

The fashion show that goes straight to our top 5 is WOM&NOW. We have to be frank: we didn’t know anything about this brand. But we had a pleasant surprise, with floral prints, stripes, 70s inspiration and orange of its sheer proposals of SS 2016 collection Cote d’Azur. As they define themselves: design and elaboration of urban garments on deluxe lines. We will keep an eye on you.

Además, como ya sabéis, siempre nos damos una vuelta por el Market para traeros las cositas que más nos han gustado, que son: Stella Blasi’s con sus inigualables cazadoras denim de espíritu boho wild; nuestra amiga de Lito&Lola con sus coronitas de flores y pulseritas; la marca Brava Fabrics de moda sostenible con sus camisas, pajaritas y corbatas con estampados de lo más originales; las chanclas Barcelonetas que se convertirán en el calzado icono de la ciudad condal; y sin duda, los preciosos diseños de la joven diseñadora Marta Prat, prendas que pronto veréis por el blog ;)

In addition, as you know, we always give a tour through the Market to bring you the little things we liked most, which are: Stella Blasi’s with its unique boho wild spirit denim jackets; our Lito&Lola‘s friend with her hairwreaths and bracelets; Brava Fabrics brand of sustainable fashion with their shirts, bows and ties with very original prints; the Barcelonetas flip flops that will become the icon footwear of Barcelona; and undoubtedly the beautiful designs of the young designer Marta Prat, garments that soon you will see on the blog ;)

Aquí acaba nuestra aventura por la 080. Y muy felices de haber tenido la oportunidad de disfrutar de esta semana de la moda gracias a Equipo Singular. ¡Es tan divertido cuando las colgadas vamos en plan «comando» jeje!
