El pasado 12 de noviembre Carlos del Barrio, fundador y alma mater de las tiendas La Comercial, inauguró entre amigos, colaboradores, clientes y proveedores su última tienda multi-marca. Yo tuve el placer de estar allí y, por eso, ahora os cuento de primera manolos detalles de la última aventura de este emprendedor que no deja de sorprenderme. Su buen gusto y capacidad de captar las tendencias antes que nadie ha llevado a sus tiendas a ser puntos de referencia del shopping más cool en la Ciudad Condal.

El nuevo enclave de La Comercial se encuentra en el hall del Hotel W de Barcelona, entre la recepción y el lounge bar, y es el único establecimiento comercial abierto al público en este hotel que se ha convertido en the place to be para los viajeros más in, barceloneses molones y gente con ganas de dejarse ver. La tienda es una mezcla magistral de ropa de hombre y mujer de diseñadores muy bien seleccionados, complementos exclusivos con un toque especial, gadgets de diseño con un punto divertido y, por supuesto, bisutería muy muy fashion que no encuentras en ningún otro sito. La bomba vamos. Y mi paraíso también.

Cuando llegué al hotel Carlos me recibió muy cariñoso puesto que hace años que nos conocemos. Durante el tiempo que conversamos aprovechó para chivarme que está ultimando el desembarco en la Red a corto plazo. De este modo, cuando el proyecto online esté finalizado, los clientes de esta nueva tienda podrán ver en un IPad las prendas y productos disponibles en sus otros seis puntos de venta del barrio barcelonés de El Born y tenerlos en el probador en media hora. ¿A que es una idea genial?

Sin duda auguro mucho éxito a Carlos en este nuevo proyecto ya que tanto el enclave de la nueva tienda como el producto son excepcionales. ¿Quién no aprovecha para ir de compras cuándo está de viaje? Si encima tienes la suerte de encontrarte una tienda de La Comercial en el hall de tu hotel el shopping está asegurado. Os animo a que paséis por su nuevo store :)

Last November 12th the founder and owner of La Comercial, Mr. del Barrio, opened a new multi-brand store between friends, clients and suppliers. Because I had the pleasure to assist, now I bring you all the details of this new adventure that comes from an amazing man. His ability of catching the new trends before no one has turn his stores into the coolest shopping points in Barcelona.

The new La Comercial store is located in the W Hotel in Barcelona, between the reception and the lounge bar, and it’s the only store in this hotel that is nowadays the place to be for the most in travellers and Barcelona cool people. The store is a mix between man and woman clothes from very well selected brands, exclusive accessories, design and funny gadgets and, of course, very fashion jewels that you cannot find in another place. Awesome. And my paradise also.

When I arrived to the hotel Mr. del Barrio welcomed me very friendly because we know each other since a long time ago. He told me that he is finishing a new online project and it will be available in a short period of time. Once finished, this new store clients will see through an IPad the clothes and other items that are available in the other six La Comercial stores in El Born, and will have them in the dressing room in half an hour. Isn’t it a great idea?

With no doubts, Mr. del Barrio will have a lot of success in this new project because the place and the products he offers are the best. Don’t you go shopping while you are travelling?
