Paloma Lanna, la joven diseñadora de Paloma Wool, hija de los fundadores de la marca Nice Things, no nos puede gustar más por huir de la superficialidad del mundo de la moda y aportar arte. ¿Pero qué es Paloma Wool exactamente? Un proyecto sobre fotografía, moda y otros experimentos. Paloma diseña limitadas colecciones atemporales, limpias y puras, de producción local proudly made in Barcelona y elaboradas con materiales naturales como el algodón, el lino o la pana; aunque solamente vende online.

La diseñadora explica que la firma nació como un proyecto multidisciplinar: «Busco una conexión que vaya más allá de lo conceptual. No me gusta demasiado la moda y todo lo superficial que la rodea. De hecho, prefiero hablar de ropa o de prendas. Me imagino que las clientas perciben el proyecto artístico que hay detrás y la calidad de lo que hacemos.». En cuanto al color, éste también tiene un papel importante para ella: «Lo que me mueve más es el estudio del color. Disfruto mezclando y combinando colores que inconscientemente suelen venir de una misma paleta.».

The designer explains that the firm was born as a multidisciplinary project: «I am looking for a connection that goes beyond the conceptual, I do not like too much fashion and everything superficial that surrounds it, in fact, I prefer to talk about clothes or garments. I imagine that the clients perceive the artistic project behind it and the quality of what we do.». As for color, it also has an important role for her: «What moves me most is the study of color, I enjoy mixing and combining colors that unconsciously tend to come from the same palette.».
